traditional routine

Okie let me share abit of story about this "choices" pictures.
The elderly believes that turning 1 year old is the year is call "catch the age" (chua sui in chinese) thus the child should be given some "choices" to reveal his "future"

In layman terms: choice = future thus
some examples: choose food = abundant food, choose $$ = abundant of $$, choose abacus = know how to "count" $$, choose pen = will have wisdom etc
choices of items may vary and dun ask me why he was given 3 types of food and he pick neither

and yes.. I actually guess he will pick up the pen but as for wisdom?
