Dinner was soon served beginning with..
Homemade yam ring with Kyoto Pork Ribs ($30)

With Yam Ring, which is crispy on the outside yet soft and creamy on the inside, it complements the sweet yet savoury Kyoto Pork Ribs perfectly.

they should just name it Yum Ring.. hurhur.

Ubin lala Beehoon ($18)

Reminisce of Gu Ma's childhood at Pulau Ubin. Where simple food bring joy to everyone as long as it is enjoyed as a family. Tasty rice vermicelli served with fresh lala. Sure to tantalize everybody's taste buds! Get a taste of Pulau Ubin without the pesty mosquito!

I can do bottoms up with you on the soup here.

Crispy BeanJal ($12/$18)

Brinjal? Who are you kidding? Our friends on our same table was still asking if its "meat" together with this dish of four seasons beans. And it turns out to be a often neglected vegetable - brinjal!

I remember quite clearly that my ah lao who dislike brinjal gave a double thumbs up for this dish!

Shrimp paste chicken mid joint ($15)

Yuan Yang Kai Lan ($12/$18/$24)

This is a personal favourite vegetable dish that I believe can turn your chilld into a vegetables lover. The deep fried leafy bits would just leaving everyone, not just children, asking for more!

Assam Fish Head ($28)

Cooked with GuMaJia's exclusive sweet and sour assam blend gravy, who can resist this dish?

XO Sauce Prawn Noodle ($28)

A classic Cantonese dish, Gu Ma chooses only the freshest prawns cooked in special homemade superior XO sauce with noodles. Impressive and indulgent indeed, this dish leaves you with a lingering flavour from the XO complimented by the sweetness of the prawn meat. Absolutely must try!

GuMa Traditional Beancurd Soup ($28)

From Gu Ma’s private kitchen, this traditional dish is what Gu Ma grows up with. Power packed with wholesome goodness, this nutritious soup is being boiled for 6 hours with salted fish head, Chinese Ham, Pork Ribs, Peanuts and fresh Bean Curd. Excellent soothing and comfort soup for all!

Salted Egg Yolk Crab - seasonal price

Actually when this dish arrived, I was literally so full to the max but just cannot give this crab a miss! I am not a fan of salted egg but this dish made me think twice.

And after all the main course, a variety of desserts were served.

Gu Ma Dessert ($4)

Black Glutinous Rice with Ice Cream ($3.8)

My love for black glutinous rice just made me have some quiet sips from the spoon and very soon the bowl was empty.

Mango Pudding (not on menu yet)

Isa helping himself to one whole serving of mango pudding.

And ends the day with our signature pose with Gu Ma!
